April 2026: Nutromics was awarded about A$3m within a A$11.2m Cooperative Research Centres Projects consortium to develop a sepsis management patch, and appointed Tom Prescott as Board Chair ahead of a planned 2027 commercial launch (company media page, nutromics.com/media). Earlier, in October 2025 it presented what it described as the first real-time in vivo multiplexed data measuring vancomycin and tobramycin simultaneously on one device at IATDMCT.

15 May 2026: now operating as Atisama Therapeutics, the company announced RB042 had advanced into multiple ascending dose cohorts of its Phase 1 trial after completing three of four single ascending dose cohorts, with readouts expected in H2 2026, and appointed Bernard Coulie as Chair of the Board (source: Atisama press release carried by FNArena, 16 May 2026). This followed the A$29m Series A announced 13 November 2025, led by IP Group Australia and Hostplus with Monash Ventures.

Raised a A$65m Series A led by Airtree Ventures, announced 17 June 2026, with Plural, Left Lane Capital, b2venture and cricketer Pat Cummins participating. It came less than twelve months after a US$10m (A$15m) seed led by Left Lane Capital reported 24 July 2025, when the company cited a waitlist in the tens of thousands and planned international expansion (SmartCompany, 17 June 2026; Longevity.Technology, 24 July 2025).

On 23 April 2026, ahead of its 27 April 2026 AGM, Cordlife disclosed that its independent auditors had issued a disclaimer of opinion on the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, citing unresolved regulatory and legal matters and an inability to verify opening balances as at 1 January 2025. This followed the Ministry of Health's one-year suspension of its licence to collect, test, process or store new cord blood units, effective 26 November 2025, and an MOH directive to replace the Chief Governance Officer and review laboratory records for roughly 160 cord blood units collected since January 2025. FY2025 (year ended 31 December 2025) results released 22 February 2026: revenue of SGD 765.6 million, up 1.8% on FY2024's SGD 752.4 million, with net income of SGD 70.6 million, up 13.4% on SGD 62.2 million, so margin expansion rather than top-line growth drove the year.
